Saïto Morihiro, 9th dan, was on of the closest student of the founder of Aikido, Ueshiba Moriheï. ThisDVD is made of seven movies shot in 1974 in wich he shows many aikido techniques.
The first one presents the ken training with the suburi and makes the liaison with bare hand practice. Second movie shows kumitachi. In the third and fopurth parts Saito Sensei presents his Jo techniques, alone and with a partner, Kumijo with throwing techniques, Jo Nage, Jo Waza et the disarming techniques, Jo Dori Waza. The Fifth and Sixth parts presents the bare hand techniques in every variations. The seventh and last part develops the concept of Takemusu Aiki.
